Your account moves to continuity mode. You won't be able to submit new releases, but you'll keep access to the royalties and splits of your existing releases. During this mode, a 30% administrative fee applies to processed royalties.

Yes. The change applies immediately: the new subscription replaces the previous one and starts a new annual billing cycle, with no proration between plans.

Yes, some services (Priority Review, YouTube OAC, VEVO, Editorial Administration) are purchased separately. Published prices don't include taxes, which may apply depending on your payment method and location.

It starts when you submit your release with the audio, cover art and complete information. Before that, the system checks that no required field is missing.

It depends on your active plan: Start, up to 30 days; Studio, up to 2 weeks; Pro, up to 7 business days. These timeframes are for UXEM's own review and don't guarantee each platform's publication date.

We tell you which element needs correcting. You can update it from your account and resubmit it for review.

Most changes happen before approval, while the release is in draft or needs adjustment. Once in distribution, specific changes like replacing the audio are available as a separate operation.

Audio must be delivered in a lossless format (WAV or FLAC). The exact cover art requirements (dimensions, aspect ratio, disallowed elements) are always kept up to date in the upload form when you prepare your release.

UXEM distributes to the enabled platforms and digital services — 44 today — depending on genre, territory, content type and each destination's requirements.

Yes. Once your release is approved, UXEM delivers it to all selected platforms at the same time. Each one may take a different amount of time to process and publish it, based on its own internal timing.

It means the platform already received the delivery and is validating it through its own processes before publishing it.

UXEM automatically configures a selection compatible with your release; in advanced mode you can review and adjust the destinations before submitting it for review.

From your account, you can check which platforms received the release, which ones are still processing it, and whether any need attention.

Some changes, like metadata, can be requested after distribution; others require pulling and redelivering the release to platforms. Each case is evaluated based on what you need to change.

It depends on each platform's cycles. UXEM shows the information as services deliver and process it.

Because activity and financial reporting follow each platform's own calendar — a recent stream doesn't automatically represent a calculated or available royalty.

"Reported" refers to movements platforms already informed UXEM about, even if they're still in Pending or Confirmed status. "Available" means UXEM already received the corresponding funds and your payout account is verified.

Once your available balance reaches the $20 USD minimum and your payout account is verified, UXEM processes the payment through your configured method.

Yes. Reports may include taxes tied to the platform or the territory where the activity originated, plus conditions specific to your payment method.

You invite participants by email, define a percentage for each one, and the split activates once everyone accepts within the set deadline. UXEM applies the percentages on eligible royalties already net of its commission.

You keep ownership of your music. You grant UXEM only the authorizations needed to manage its distribution and the services you hire.

Yes, you can enter your own codes if you already have them. If you don't, UXEM generates them for you automatically.

Through a split: you invite the collaborator by email, define their percentage, and the relationship is recorded once they accept the invitation.

No. Distributing the master recording and registering the composition are different processes; UXEM never becomes the owner of your work in either case.

Distribution puts your recording on platforms; Editorial Administration registers and collects composition (authorship) royalties with collecting societies. They're different processes — a release can be correctly distributed and still not have its editorial information registered.

No. An operational royalty percentage doesn't replace ownership, authorship or rights contracts.

It's managed identification and monetization of your music on YouTube. It's not included in every plan: available from the Studio plan, subject to eligibility.

No. UXEM prepares and coordinates the request, but the final decision belongs to YouTube.

Yes, through Audio Swap. The release automatically goes back to review before being delivered again, and the ISRC is preserved.

It speeds up UXEM's internal review within a 24-hour window. Platforms keep their own processing times; it can only be requested Monday through Thursday and is exclusive to the Pro plan.

No. Beatport is oriented toward electronic music, and compatibility with both destinations depends on their genres and current conditions.

No. The proposal defines actions, investment and metrics, but audience and platform response can't be guaranteed.
