Additional operations

Some situations need a different process.

Speed up a review, request changes on a distributed release, or access specific operations based on your plan and each platform's conditions.

Some operations are included in certain plans. Others are contracted separately.

Contextual availability

First we understand the release's status.

UXEM shows the available operations based on the stage of the process, your active plan, the selected platforms, and your catalog's conditions.

Before review

Operations tied to preparation or the release's priority.

During review

Actions related to timelines, corrections, and re-validation.

After distributing

Changes or requests on releases that have already been delivered.

You don't need to know every possibility. UXEM shows only the ones that apply to your release.

Priority review

Move up the internal review of an eligible release.

UXEM processes the review within a priority window of 24 hours, as long as the release is complete and meets the applicable conditions.

USD 15 per track Check eligibility →
Real eligibility
  • Only available for releases in In Review or Quality Control status.
  • Doesn't apply to releases that are already distributed.
  • Requests can only be submitted Monday through Thursday.
  • Exclusive to the PRO plan, as an additional charge on top of the plan.
This operation does not guarantee

A priority 24-hour review from UXEM.

Audio swap

Request the replacement of an already-distributed recording's file.

UXEM reviews the new audio and coordinates its update across compatible destinations, keeping the release's structure when each platform's conditions allow it.

Included in the PRO plan, at no extra cost. Request a swap →

The request aims to preserve identifiers and the release's continuity. The outcome can vary depending on the platform and the type of change.

An important rule

Editing a release that's already distributed automatically returns it to In Review status. Before it's delivered again, the new file goes through an additional validation.

The ISRC is preserved; it isn't automatically regenerated when the audio is replaced.

Documented catalog

Nothing here appears as "and more."

Each additional operation is published only once it has a defined name, outcome, eligibility, required plan, price, timeline, requirements, limitations, statuses, and cancellation or refund policy.

A clear process

You accept the conditions and complete payment when applicable.

5

Responsibilities

UXEM coordinates the operation. Platforms keep their own processes.

UXEM can

  • Check eligibility.
  • Review files and information.
  • Execute internal changes.
  • Prepare new deliveries.
  • Submit requests.
  • Track progress.
  • Report known issues.

Platforms can determine

  • Whether they accept a change.
  • How long it takes to reflect.
  • What data they keep.
  • How they update content.
  • Whether a new publication is required.
  • Whether they keep editorial or commercial associations.

An operation completed by UXEM can still be processing within the platforms.
