🗂️ New Update: Validation & Notes for Faster Release Reviews
At UXEM, we're constantly improving the tools that help artists, labels, and managers streamline their distribution workflow and collaborate more efficiently with our review team.
Today, we're introducing a new feature that allows you to attach license documents and add internal notes directly during the final review stage of your release.
🗂️ New Section: Validation & Notes
During the last step of the Review process, you'll now find a new section called "Validation & Notes".
This section includes two powerful features:
📝 Internal Notes
You can now leave comments, observations, or internal clarifications related to your release.
These notes are not visible to artists or clients and are designed to improve communication with the UXEM validation team, making the review process more transparent and efficient.
Use Internal Notes to:
- Provide additional context about a release.
- Clarify special situations or exceptions.
- Share relevant information with the review team.
- Keep all communication centralized within the release workflow.
📎 License Documents (Optional)
You can now upload contracts, licenses, or any supporting documentation that legally backs your release.
This feature is especially useful when you know that a release may require additional authorization or licensing before approval.
Supported file formats:
- JPG
- PNG
- DOC
- DOCX
Upload limits:
- Up to 5 files.
- Maximum 10 MB per file.
By uploading these documents in advance, you can help speed up the validation process and avoid unnecessary delays.
