At UXEM, we're continuously improving communication and customer support to provide you with a smoother, faster, and more organized experience.

Today, we're excited to introduce our new Support Ticket System, a feature integrated directly into your user dashboard that centralizes all communication with our team and allows you to track your requests in real time.


💬 What Is the Support Ticket System?

The Support Ticket System is a new feature designed to help you manage any question, issue, or support request from a single place.

With this tool, you can:

  • Create technical support requests or report issues.
  • Get assistance with releases, contracts, or any platform-related process.
  • Track the status of your requests in real time.
  • Receive direct replies and notifications from the UXEM support team.
  • Keep a complete and organized history of all your conversations.

🧭 How Does It Work?

In the left-hand menu, you'll find the new section:

Support → My Tickets

From there, you can:

  1. Click "+ New Ticket" to create a new request.
  2. Select the type of issue or topic.
  3. Write your message with all the details of your case.
  4. Attach files or screenshots if needed.
  5. Submit your request and track its progress directly from the same panel.

The entire process takes place within UXEM, eliminating the need for external communication channels.


📌 Ticket Statuses

Each ticket goes through different stages, allowing you to easily track the progress of your request:

🟢 Active Requests that are currently being handled.

🕐 Waiting for Response The UXEM team requires additional information to continue working on your case.

🔍 Under Review Your request is currently being evaluated by our team.

Resolved The issue has been successfully solved.

Closed The ticket has been completed and archived.
